Shipping costs

The shipping charge for the United Kingdom is 5.00 pounds including VAT.

Returns

If you want to return your product, please note we need notification in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Provide the reason for the return:

• Are you not satisfied or did you order too many products? When we received back the products, we will refund your payment into your bank account. Please note that shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us do not get refunded.

• Did you receive a damaged product? As soon as we have received the product we will send you a replacement. If you don’t want a new product and rather have a refund, then please inform the Customer Service team. The shipping costs will be paid by Birth Alarm.

Always mention the order number and your contact details in the e-mail. With this information we can process your request quick and effective. If you return products not in line with our terms and conditions we unfortunately cannot guarantee the payment obligation.
