Substitution programme for 2G models
In line with our mission, we offer a special substitution programme for customers with a working 2G model of Birth Alarm, such as the Mobile 1.0, Lite 1.0 or Smart. You can exchange your old 2G model for a 4G model at a reduced price of 50% of the regular retail price. This will keep your system reliable and ensure you are always connected during these important moments.
With this upgrade, you can choose from the following models:

What do you need to do?
1. Contact your dealer: Your dealer will guide you through the substitution programme. Did you purchase your Birth Alarm via Birthalarm.com? If so, contact them directly at [email protected].
2. Send your old model: Your dealer will ask you to send or bring the 2G model to their facility.
3. Receive your new Birth Alarm: Once we have received your old model, we will send the replacement to your dealer, who will hand it over to you after settlement.
Please note: only the transmitter will be replaced. Accessories and the case do not need to be sent along.
Conditions for the substitution programme
Only 2G models are eligible for this programme.
The new 4G model will be sent as soon as your surrendered 2G model is received by Birth Alarm.
