At DIJKSTRA-GROUP, the company behind BIRTH ALARM, we take great care in ensuring fast delivery and correct handling of returns. On this page, you will find all the information about returns.

Returning products

Would you like to return a product? Always register your return in advance by sending an email to info@birthalarm.com.
Please include the following information in your message:

  • the order number;
  • your contact information;
  • the reason for the return.

After registration, you will receive instructions from us on how to return the product.

Not satisfied or ordered too much?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you have ordered too many products, you can return them within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days.

  • Once we have received the goods in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
  • The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged product delivered

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Report this within 48 hours of delivery via info@birthalarm.com.

  • After receiving the returned product, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
  • If you do not want a replacement product, you can opt for a refund of the purchase amount.
  • In the case of a damaged product, the return costs will be reimbursed by Birthalarm.

Repair of products (within and outside warranty)

It is possible to offer Birthalarm products to us for repair, both within and outside the applicable warranty period.

Repair procedure

  1. Always register your repair request in advance by email via info@birthalarm.com
    Please include:

    • your order number (if applicable);
    • a description of the problem or defect;
    • your contact information.
  2. After receiving your notification, you will receive instructions from us for sending the product.

Shipping costs for repair

  • The costs for sending the product to DIJKSTRA-GROUP are for the account of the customer.
  • After the repair, we will bear the shipping costs for returning it to the customer.

This repair policy applies both to products that are under warranty and to products that are offered for repair outside the warranty.

Conditions for returns

  • Returns must always be registered in advance by email.
  • Products must be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in original condition and packaging.
  • We cannot accept insufficiently stamped returns.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot process or reimburse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Processing time

After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
We strive to make refunds within 14 days after processing the return payment.
